RMA Xchange - Israel
In 2021, RMA pioneered the first Israeli-Nigerian filmmakers exchange program, facilitating bi-directional delegations that explored both countries.
The program combined cultural immersion and locations recce, from Victoria Island's commerce to Osun's spiritual sites, from Jerusalem and other holy sites to Tel Aviv, with strategic business development.
The delegations resulted in a number of co productions:
'Misgiving', the first Israeli-Nigerian co-production, selected for Roma Film Market.
A romcom in development with BAP Productions(NG), iFind Pictures(FR), Daroma(IL), and RMA Productions(NG).
A series in development with Daroma(IL) and Explorere Technologies (NG, creators of Showmax's Lahira, ).

RMA Xchange - Caribbean
RMA facilitated Trinidad and Tobago's media mission to Nigeria, together with Lunniup Consulting and The Realtime International Film Festival (RTF), meeting FilmTT, TTT Studios and C15 Capital Investors, with leading Nollywood content creators in Lagos, Nigeria. The initiative focused on content acquisition and co-production possibilities, establishing new pathways for Caribbean-Nigerian media collaborations.
The Xchange resulted in a Script to Screen Workshop facilitated by James Amuta in Trini-Tobago
And a co-production by Flim TT and James Amuta, Monsters which screened in TIFF 2024.


RMA Xchange - Balkans
The Belgrade Film Festival African Delegation marks a groundbreaking entry into Eastern European markets. Through strategic partnership with Red Productions, RMA together with Nigerian filmmaker Kenneth Gnyang, facilitated an exposé of Nollywood at the heart of the Balkans in 2024.
In 2025 the festival has invited RMA with a larger delegation of African filmmakers to foster co-production opportunities, knowledge exchange, and market access between Serbia and Nigeria, opening new distribution channels for African content."


Founder, Ronya Man ("The Nollywood Nexus") is a Nigerian-based producer and creative facilitator, specializing in international collaborations. As an acting coach and production specialist, she's developed top Nollywood talent while building global partnerships.
